Mindfulness
Before I get into this weeks blog, I would like to extend my thanks to those that have reached out since the last post – Raw and Real. Its nice to feel everyones support no matter how big or small ones problems are. Mentally I am in a better place but for those who are still fighting, people love you more than you know so keep going – you’ve got this 👊 As I mentioned last week, I wanted to talk about mindfulness and how it can also be related to food as well as the whole breathing malarkey. When I first heard of mindfulness and the technique behind it I thought ‘that’s not gonna work for me! Theres no way I will ever be able to get out of mind own head and be present in the moment.’ Well how wrong was I! In a matter of weeks I had managed just that and it was a lot easier than what I thought. That’s not to say its like that for everyone else; sometimes it can take months to master.
